Pipe Welding & General Fabrication

Build pipe-welding skills through focused, instructor-guided lab training on industry-relevant equipment and processes. This 100-hour course provides structured, hands-on instruction in the safe setup and operation of the Miller PipeWorx 400 welding system and related fabrication equipment. Students will use welding positioners, pipe coupons, Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), and multiple wire processes to develop practical pipe-welding skills. Classroom theory is integrated with lab activities so students can immediately apply process fundamentals, parameter selection, weld-quality concepts, and troubleshooting methods at the machine.
